These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and best99 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://best99.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the best99 platform, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. • You are registering and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own personal behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion arrangement with best99 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of best99, its licensees, or affiliated companies.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account on the best99 Platform terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to maintain no more than one registered account on the best99 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. best99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by the player.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. best99 shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify best99 immediately by contacting our support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure.

• One account per player, per household, and per device is the enforced limit.
• Account registration and use must be in your own legal name as it appears on official identification.
• Payment methods registered to the account must be owned by the account holder — third-party funding is not permitted.
• best99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration details at any time.

best99 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made from a payment instrument belonging to a third party will be reversed and the account subjected to review. best99 is not responsible for processing delays caused by your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet service.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit across most payment methods on best99 is RM 30. best99 reserves the right to modify deposit limits, add new payment methods, or withdraw existing payment options at any time with or without prior notice.

best99 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility. Third-party fee schedules are outside best99's control.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have successfully completed KYC identity verification. Where KYC verification is pending or incomplete, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is confirmed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols. Where this is not possible, best99 will request written confirmation before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction across most payment methods.
• Verified accounts using Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow typically receive withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) are processed within 1–3 business hours during operational periods.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain network confirmation times.
• best99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or AML monitoring thresholds.

best99 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and provided an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

best99 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on an individual promotion page, the following general bonus conditions apply to all best99 promotions:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Winnings generated from bonus wagers that meet the wagering requirement become withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period, after which unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will expire automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• best99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus funds where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering process.

Sports betting markets, odds, and lines are set by best99's licensed trading operations. Odds are subject to change prior to the placement of a wager. Once a wager is confirmed and accepted, odds are fixed at the time of placement unless otherwise stated for specific market types.

best99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, pricing error, or any other system fault. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the best99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud through the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or games without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any such advantage must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any game format where collusion would constitute cheating.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing best99 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the Platform.

best99 is required to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and its international gaming licence conditions. Accordingly, players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed and may be requested to complete verification at any other time at best99's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian players include: a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), a valid Malaysian or international passport, or a valid Malaysian driving licence. Proof of address documents dated within the last three months are also required, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicence, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of best99.

Any unauthorised use of best99's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, best99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.

best99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, security, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its contents. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not enforceable, best99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

best99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, is engaging in fraudulent activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after settlement of open bets) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, whether voluntary or enforced.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which best99 holds its operating gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent best99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to address an immediate threat to Platform integrity.

best99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, best99 will provide notice to registered players via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, unless the changes are required on shorter notice for legal or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
